IGT's Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Chris Satchell, will offer attendees a valuable glimpse into the future of their business during Tuesday's "Connecting with Customer 2.0" lunch session. In his former role as Microsoft's chief technology officer for its Interactive Entertainment Business, Satchell was responsible for technical strategy and execution across the video gaming business including Xbox, Games for Windows, Xbox LIVE and Microsoft Game Studios. At the conference, Satchell will share insights on community gaming, cooperative play, player personalization and lessons learned from the world of video gamers. Asking the questions, "Who is tomorrow's casino player?" and "How can we tap into that audience?" Satchell will share insights on the increasingly digital lives of consumers and how new methods of engagement and communication can help with player attraction and retention efforts.
