If your photo was pending approval and has disappeared this will be because it was not approved to go on the site.

I have one photo pending approval, how do I upload more?
You can have up to 18 photos pending. There is no need to wait for one to become approved in order to upload more.

If you are uploading photos via the site you can have 18 in total.

I don't want to have a photo live on the site, can I just send one directly to another member?
Due to viruses we do not allow members to send attachments to each other, another member can only see your photo if you have one on the site.

Why was my photo rejected?
We always try to make sure that good clear shots are used as Main photos. If your profile was rejected you will have been sent an email explaining why. If for any reason you did not receive an email please check the address you are using on the site is up to date and your ISP is not blocking your emails.

Can I e-mail my photo to you for you to upload?
The quickest and easiest way to upload your photo is via the site by clicking "Photos" once you have logged in.

How long does it take for my photo to be approved?
We always endeavour to have your photo approved within 48 hours, however this may take slightly longer at busy times such as weekends and holidays. Please add 5 working days to this time if you are posting your photo to be scanned.

How do I swap my photos over?
You can swap your photos by making any of your additional photos your Primary photo, this will then automatically make your main an additional.

My Photos are too large to be uploaded by your system, how I make them smaller?
If you have your photos on your PC you will also probably have software installed to edit them, please make sure they have a file size is below 400k.
